'CRONUS' is a young but rapidly growing European brand. All bikes are designed and developed by CRONUS France.
DESIGN
Special attention is paid to appearance and design process. As we know, French are the real connoisseurs of style and sophistication. That is the reasons why, regardless of the cost model, every bike has its own personality and style underlined. Sophisticated three-layer painting technology, bright appearance and attention to detail is what differentiate CRONUS from its competitors.
1. Colourful Design Frame
Each CRONUS frame has its own unique design, which appears literally in every detail: the decoration of the upper and lower tubes, inscriptions on the feathers, line highlighting bending the frame.
2. Three-layer technology and matte painting
A three-layer paint technology means the paint is applied layer by layer to give the frame a unique appearance. This kind of technology will be used on those more expensive models while a special matte painting will be used in both medium and expensive models.
3. Embossed lettering
Embossed lettering will be uses on the premium CRONUS models frames, they have rough touch and highlights matte painting.
4. Polished welds
Used for medium and expensive models. They give the frame a special smooth lines and make the overall appearance of the bike more harmonious.
5. Attention to detail
This will be implement on all levels of models to ensure the appearance of each model are bright and unique of all elements use on the bike: tires with white stripe, grips and seat in the frame colour, the white and coloured shirts and hose, plug in the colour of the frame, wide pedal platform on almost all models of mountain bicycles.
Frame
All CRONUS bicycle frames are develops independently and has not finished cataloging frames from major manufacturers. First of all, there is a careful study of the geometry of the frame and of course a unique style, which is achieved through the use of special techniques for the production of frames.
1. Hydroforming technology
Allows us to produce a more durable frame with less weight, through proper load distribution. A distinctive feature is that the hydroforming is used on each and every mountain bike models, including the low-end models.
2. The splitting of the top tube
Makes the frame stronger and more rigid to torsional loads by adding another point of contact tubes. Besides, this technology also gives the bike a unique style and dynamics.
3. Gain frame
At appropriate places for optimum balance again between strength and weight. Besides the basic functions provide additional strength of the frame, gain more and bring a bright personality of each model.
